RE: Enteric Outbreak 2^nd Floor – DECLARED COMPLETE

To Fairvern Families, Team Members and Stakeholders.

Fairvern’s Enteric outbreak on 2^nd floor has been declared complete by Public Health today, June 25, 2024. All Residents who live on 2^nd floor will now be able to attend the 1^st floor dining room and all activities in the home.

Please continue to ensure hand hygiene is completed (handwashing and/or alcohol based hand rub) when visiting your loved one. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting. If you have any questions when visiting, please speak to the Registered Staff.
