Introduction of Physiotherapy Services

We are very pleased to introduce ACHIEVA HEALTH who will be providing the Physiotherapy Services to the Residents at The Pines LTC Home starting on Friday, November 1, 2024.

ACHIEVA HEALTH provides high-quality, compassionate, goal-oriented Physiotherapy Services that meet the Residents’ needs and improve their level of independence and quality of life.

ACHIEVA HEALTH has hired exceptional and passionate staff to work in LTC. ACHIEVA HEALTH will provide excellent Physiotherapy Services to enhance the quality of life of the Residents served. The Physiotherapy team will work the following schedules:

The Physiotherapy Staff will be committed to assisting the Residents to improve their mobility, strength, range of motion, and balance to improve function and live more independently. Residents who require services will be referred to the Physiotherapist who will commence a comprehensive Assessment and develop a treatment plan that will meet the Residents’ specific needs.

3. Arthritis Management Program

4. Osteoporosis Prevention Program

5. Weight Bearing & Transfer Training Program

6. Pain Management Program

7. Skin Care & Wound Management Program

10. MS/CP Mobility Program

11. COPD/Pneumonia/Chest Program

12. Continence Management Program

13. Least Restraints Program

14. Pre-& Post-Surgical Strengthening & Mobility Program

15. Alzheimer’s Management Program

16. Seating & Mobility Program (ADP)
