Enhanced Surveillance Oak Home Area April 6, 2024

Please be advised, in collaboration with Public Health our Oak Home Area has been placed on Enhanced Surveillance due to one (1) resident testing positive for COVID-19 with symptoms. Family members of the affected resident have been updated. There is no impact on visiting at this time.

Infection Control Measures in place:

Masks to be worn on Oak Home Area
Personal Protective Equipment to be used when entering the room of any of the residents currently isolated
Hand Hygiene is imperative at all times
Cohorting for residents in the Oak Home Area.
Continue to monitor for any new symptoms from residents
