Maple & Oak Home Areas placed in Heighted Surveillance as of July 3, 2024

Public Health recommends that the Oak & Maple Home Areas be placed in Heightened Surveillance related to three (3) residents with Respiratory Symptoms such as runny nose, cough, and nasal congestion. Family members of those residents affected have been notified. At this time the pathogen is unknown.

Residents in the home areas will remain on the unit or can be taken outside for fresh air. At this time, medical masks are to be worn on both of these home areas and we are practicing good hand hygiene for staff, visitors, and residents. Visiting is not impacted at this time.

We will provide more updates tomorrow after we connect with Public Health.
