Outbreak Update December 2, 2022

Masks are required at all times in the home at this time related to concern of virus spread as well as the increase in virus cases in our community.

We remain in Covid-19 outbreak in Oak home area at this time. We currently have 2 remaining isolated residents. Measures in Place include:

• BID screening of symptoms
• Increased resident hand hygiene and staff hand hygiene
• Continued use of N95 masks and eye protection on unit
• Increased cleaning of high touch surfaces on unit
• Residents continue to cohort
• Staff cohorting as much as possible
