Outbreaks Update and Some Declared Over

The Facility wide outbreak has been declared over with the exception of the OAK home area, as of March 22, 2023. The COVID outbreaks for Oak, Cedar, and Spruce have been declared over at this time as well.
Family members of those affected residents have been notified. We will continue to provide updates as we work through the outbreaks. Masks must remain on in the resident's rooms at this time and N95 masks and eye protection are highly recommended in the affected home areas.
No General Visitors to the Oak home Area at this time. Essential Caregivers may visit a maximum of two (2) at a time.
- Oak Home Area: Currently two (2) residents with respiratory symptoms, and three (3) residents with COVID-19 symptoms.
