The new generator installation is going very smoothly and its completion is less than a month away. The remaining electrical work will require three to four power interruptions, each lasting up to 4 hours in duration. There will be a planned outage only for the support building (not resident home areas) on Monday November 13, 2023 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
The Oak emergency exit ramp has been completed and now can be utilized should there be a building evacuation. A temporary wooden handrail has been installed while the permeant railing is being fabricated. It should be ready for installation in 6-8 weeks.
There was an annual hot water tank inspection on November 9th, 2023. The water at this time is restored, but there is a slight tint to the water.
