Respiratory Outbreak Declared Birch Home Area- November 10, 2022

In accordance with Public Health, Oak Home Area as now been placed into a Respiratory outbreak with four (4) residents being symptomatic. All individuals entering the home area are required to wear N95 masks and eye protection in this home area.
No General Visitors at this time, only Essential Caregivers and a maximum of two (2) at a time.
Please continue to wear your PPE, sanitize your hands, monitor yourself for symptoms and not visit if you are sick.
