Update: The Pines Courtyard Upgrade Cedar Home Area & Oak Home Area To Begin Next Week

The team continues to work on the Cedar Home Area Courtyard. There will be another crane lift Tuesday September 19, 2023 starting at 9:00 am. During this time, again ensured that residents were out of the areas listed below for both Cedar and Birch home areas. There was signage in place and staff monitored the area during this time. Then team is planning on moving to the Ok Home Area starting at 10:00am on the same day. This means that residents for both Oak and Maple will need to be out of the posted areas on the units for the time listed below. See below for more information.

Time frame: 9:00am to 10:00am for Cedar

10:00 to 4:00pm (approx.) for Oak
